If the setting is already enabled, you might need to temporarily toggle it so that it refreshes the time. (For security purposes, when you try to log in or do a search on SongSelect, it compares the time on your computer to the time on the server if these times do not match then it will not let you log in/search.) We recommend that you make sure that your computer is set to automatically keep your computer's time correct. The next thing to check is that your clock on the computer itself is set to the correct time.
Keep in mind that the username may be an email address. The first is to make sure you are using the right username and password. If you are having trouble logging into SongSelect or downloading songs, there are a few things to check.
